Two versions of The Creature have been built.  Although The Creature is just the nickname of this camera, it’s actually name has long been forgotten . The one documented here was for a client. Images get projected onto screen. By focusing their camera onto the screen the photographer is then able to take photographs of the projection.  The key is the material that is been projected onto. It can be changed and altered, and offers other avenues of exploration.
