Panoptica is 3.6m high geo-desic dome. Forming it are 20 hexagonal frames and 12 pentagonal frames. Housed in these frames are cardboard tubes. These tubes have been converted into camera obscuras. A visitor can step inside via a hatchway. On closing the door behind them it takes a moment for the viewers eyes to get used to the lower levels of light. Once the adjustment has happened the viewer finds that they are surrounded by  a world of changing light and shape. Hundreds of views of the outside world create a new and unusual landscape. Ultimately the visitor may find themselves to be totally lost.
